Beware the Offer!

We all like money off a meal but if the whole thing is shrouded in small print, is ridiculously unclear and finally ends in an ignominious argument, then it does no good as both restauranteur and customer lose out.

We advise all customers to make absolutely sure they produce their offers/vouchers at the start of any meal to the waiter or manager on hand. Then there can be no acrimonious disagreement when it comes to paying up.

The customer - apparently - should always be right!
